A Robbery Thwarted by Security Guard

            A house in Bandar Lampung at Green Residence was infiltrated by two robbers on Thursday night (7/1). The robbers were almost successful taking a motorcycle and some money belong to the owner of the house who was falling asleep. Fortunately, the robbery was failed by security of the house complex.

            The incident occurred around 20:00 pm when the homeowner Yanto (35) was asleep. They came into house by breaking a window with a screwdriver. The robbers ruffled closet. And then they brought some money and took a key motor lying in living room. Yanto who was asleep, heard the sound of gate which is shifted. “While I was sleeping, I heard the sound of the gate which is being moved. Then I immediately woke up to check it. How shocked I am when I saw all the messy stuff. Suddenly I immediately shouted thief” he said.

            Luckily, there were 3 securities complex heard Yanto’s screaming and thwart the robery. They arrested the two robbers who wanted to run away bringing the Yanto’s motorcycle. “We had a fight with the robbers. However, we can handle it and catch them then we bring them to the post “, said one of the securities.

            Hearing the incident, police units of Bandar Lampung came to the location to pick up the robbers. “They are thieves who have become target of the police in the last 2 months. They often act around Bandar Lampung” said Brig. Hendro local police chief. Now the two robbers were in prison.
