1.      What is speaking ?
Speaking is skill , the delivery of language through the mouth . And  Speaking is an interactive process of constructing meaning that involves producing and receiving and processing information . When we speak we produce the text and it should be meaningful. We can find the speaker, the listener, the message and the feedback. Speaking is what we say to what we see, feel and think. When we feel something, we want someone can hear us. speaking is described as the activity as the ability to express oneself in the situation, or the activity to report acts, or situation in precise words or the ability to converse or to express a sequence of ideas fluently . speaking is a way to communicate that affect our daily lives . It means that speaking as the way of communication strongly influences our individual life. And  I think  Speaking means talking. When an individual or a person speaks, it will produce a vocal consisting of voices. Speaking or talking is the needs of all individuals. By talking, individuals can communicate and interact with other individuals and even groups. Therefore, the ability to speak it is very important for every individual to be able to reinforce the meaning of the spoken. On the other hand, speaking can be called as oral communication and speaking is one of the skills in learning English. It became one of the important subjects to allow individuals to master English well, especially in English in the classroom or outside the classroom. However, not all individuals are easy to perform activities of speaking or speaking English. One possible cause is difficult to express ideas orally. So, speaking is a skill express words to convey or express intent, idea, ideas, thoughts and feelings of a person with another person so arise interaction and communication.

Ø  record new vocabulary
Ø  trying to dialogue with others
Ø  remain confident and improvisation. Such methods can help  to express their ideas in English with good and not nervous.

4.      According to you how to study english especially speaking english firstly ?
Firstly, people learning English are too shy to speak and communicate in English. "Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear."Therefore, we shouldn’t be too ashamed to speak English. Just open your mouth, speak English, and don’t be afraid of making mistakes. After all, no one was born being perfect. Every child has fallen at least once before learning to walk. Likewise, one can hardly succeed without making mistakes. The way we can master the fear is to practice English as much as possible. Just "speak without fear"—no matter how good or bad you are at it—and know how to "learn from your mistakes".
Secondly, many people do not have appropriate methods to speak English fluently. In general, they spend a lot of time trying to learn English; however, their speaking skill is not improved even when their overall English knowledge is good.  Learners should combine as many senses as possible while learning English. For example, you can paint to express the contents, use body language to describe what you are saying, listen to as much English as possible, watch English movies...etc
Thirdly, lacking a favorable environment is a big barrier. When immersed in an English-speaking environment, we will communicate more easily and effectively and gain more confidence as we listen and interact with others. Surround ourself in English in a variety of ways like watching English movies, listening to English, joining English-speaking clubs, creating an English-speaking group…etc.
Fourthly, mastering vocabulary is very important for the learners who want to speak English fluently. Every learner knows this; however, they do not use the right method to learn more vocabulary. Most learners learn vocabulary by writing and mumbling to memorize the words by heart, which doesn’t really make sense because this old method will help them to remember new words immediately and… forget new words at once. Follow these methods to build a larger vocabulary effectively: select a theme to learn vocabulary in, use images and sound to remember the words faster, take a notebook to write down new words and phrases, find other English words with the same root, and definitely review the new vocabulary you have learned constantly. Remember to practice as many words as you can with your friends to build a powerful vocabulary.
